This Article uses these cases to analyze this industry through a bioethical lens. Bioethicists use stories to demonstrate how theory and normative ideals apply to real-world situations. By detailing examples of the unique scenarios that have arisen in cities in India, the United States, and Ukraine, this Article highlights some of the ethical and legal dilemmas such stories raise.
